What the handbook leaves out
- Passing: one 75% rule stated for all exams; whether percent is of points or questions not stated (matters for broker General: 75 questions / 80 points).
- PSI API marks the Salesperson State portion isMandatory=false (National isMandatory=true); bulletin says license requires passing both national and state portions. API flag likely reflects out-of-state/state-only candidates.
