Frequently asked questions
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Sign in with the same account you used to buy the subscription, open the Settings tab, and tap Restore Purchases. Your Pro access should return within a few seconds. If it doesn't, email us.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Go to iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, tap Realty Prep, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Realty Prep transaction, and request a refund. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, practice history, and bookmarks from our servers. The action cannot be undone.
Are these real DRE exam questions?
No. All questions are original practice items written for exam preparation based on publicly available California DRE reference materials and state statutes. Realty Prep is not affiliated with or endorsed by the California Department of Real Estate.
Does Realty Prep guarantee I'll pass the exam?
No. No study aid can guarantee exam results. Realty Prep is designed to help you practice efficiently and identify weak areas; exam outcomes depend on your preparation and performance on test day.
Which languages are supported?
The app interface and question explanations are available in English, Simplified Chinese (简体中文), Traditional Chinese (繁體中文), and Spanish (Español).

Please report it. Email us with the question ID (visible in the explanation view) and a short description. We review all reports and update the content regularly.
