Where the handbook contradicts itself
We list these instead of quietly picking one. If a number above is affected, confirm with the exam vendor before test day.
- SalespersonPretest time: bulletin says experimental questions' time 'will not count against testing time' (NH bulletin) — unlike other PSI bulletins. Recorded as stated.
- SalespersonA 2026 rulemaking notice (gc.nh.gov register 2026/0115, '2026-10 IP Notice Rea 300') proposes to repeal and readopt Rea 300; the Rea 303.05 citations may be renumbered. Not read in full.
- BrokerRule says 'passing grade of 70'; bulletin gives raw points (56/80, 28/40). Consistent as 70% of points.
