Where the handbook contradicts itself
We list these instead of quietly picking one. If a number above is affected, confirm with the exam vendor before test day.
- SalespersonPassing score printed as 'Salesperson 70%' inside a section that says scores are scaled and 'neither the number ... nor the percentage'; recorded as scaled 70.
- SalespersonState pretest: table says 5, outline says 5-10.
- SalespersonTime statements disagree: Quick Reference p2 'from 1 to 2.5 hours, depending on the exam'; p11 'from 2 to 6 hours depending on the exam type'; per-exam table gives 150/60 min. Used the table.
- SalespersonAttempts/validity: p2 says 'unlimited exam attempts within the one year authorization period. A passing exam score is good for one year'; p4/p12 say authorization is 'ninety (90) days or two attempts (whichever comes first)' and results good for 90 days.
- BrokerSame handbook-internal conflicts as sales (unit label '%' vs scaled; time statements; attempts/validity).
