What the handbook leaves out
- 090300.pdf p17 says 'The Salesperson and Broker exam is a single exam, specific to the practice of real estate in Arizona', but the same handbook (p9, p15, p34) lists the salesperson exam as two separate exam types (Sales - General 80q/150min, Sales - State 60q/90min) with separate fees. The p17 sentence appears to be legacy text; sales pass/retake rules are inferred from the separate-exam structure, not stated.
