What the handbook leaves out
- Summary table totals are internally inconsistent. Salesperson: General 80 (80 pts) + State 35 (35 pts) = 115 questions / 115 pts, but 'Both' row prints '110 (115 points)'. Broker: General 75 (80 pts) + State 45 (40 pts) = 120 questions / 120 pts, but 'Both' row prints '120 (125 points)'. If Broker State were 45 points (one point per question), the 125 total would reconcile, so 'State 45 (40 points)' may be a typo for 45 points. Per-portion rows recorded as printed.
- Broker State outline item counts (7+12+10+8+8) sum to 45, consistent with 45 questions.
- Passing percent (70% sales / 75% broker) is stated for 'the examinations'; the bulletin does not say whether it is computed on points or questions, nor explicitly per portion (“pass each portion” inferred from 'must pass both portions' and per-portion retake fee).
