What the handbook leaves out
- Delaware has three tiers (salesperson, associate broker, broker); handbook refers to a single 'broker examination' and does not distinguish associate broker vs broker exams.
- Four-hour limit is stated for 'the examination' without per-portion split; when only one portion is retaken, the time allowed is not stated.
