What the handbook leaves out
- Passing rule: SCORE REPORTING lists only 'Combined (National and State)' (84 sales / 90 broker) and 'State Portion' (28 / 30) minimums, i.e. “overall score plus portion minimums”. The summary table additionally prints a National passing score (56 sales / 60 broker). If the national minimum is also enforced, the rule is effectively “pass each portion” (56+28=84, 60+30=90 so the combined cutoff would then be redundant). Both readings recorded; pass rule set to “overall score plus portion minimums” per the explicit SCORE REPORTING text.
- Broker row in table is marked 'Broker *' but no matching footnote found in the text extraction.
- Retake rule for a single portion is not stated.
